This tutorial is specifically for makeup beginners learning how to apply foundation with a makeup sponge. If you’re like Christina and use your fingers to apply foundation, see how to use makeup sponges for easier application. Nic from Pixiwoo in this makeup tutorial shows how easy it is to use the Miracle Complexion Sponge to apply liquid foundation.

Learn how to use makeup sponges to apply makeup so you feel comfortable doing it and your makeup lasts longer. With makeup sponges like the Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge, use it dry for a more full coverage or damp for easier blending. Dab a pea sized amount of foundation onto the sponge and apply from the center of the face, working outwards. Allow the sponge to do a lot of the work for you, the dampness of the sponge will allow it to blend really nicely. Anytime you feel like you need more coverage, dip it back into your foundation and push it over those areas.

  1. heres a makeup tutorial for those who dont need to use make up: just dont.

  2. I can't understand much of what this girl is saying. She talks too fast. What is she calling the sponge? What did she say about cheeks? I've rewound about 6 times and I still can't understand what she's saying.

  3. Well this was a waste of video starters you shouldnt swipe always push the the product into your skin and she Bearley used any foundation so can't see how well it will blend out when are people going to start using models with acne prone skin so we can see how well products actually work no point using models who pretty much don't need makeup people like me need to see the magic and what it can really do

  4. I hate makeup sponges. Is it because i always get the cheap ones?

  5. It appears she used only a dot of foundation. It seems impossible she could have covered her entire face with just that small amount, even using a sponge. But I do see the difference.
