Eyeliner is definitely not for everyone but it can be!! That’s what’s so fun about makeup lol. Whatever your cup of tea may be, have fun!! I am in no way an expert but in today’s video I will talk you through my current routine and give you some advice that I’d wish I’d known when starting out with eyeliner.
