These videos are meant to be helpful to people, not ALL people, but definitely most! I don't understand why some of you have to be so hateful. If it doesn't work for you then keep searching for something that does just like everyone else! Nikkia does not personally know every one of us, therefooooooreeeee how could she possibly know what works for you and what doesn't! She spreads tips and tricks that work for her and MIGHT for us. Congrats on having a lipstick with Mac – it is a lovely colour! I love in South Africa so unsure if we would get it at Mac here. Either way, I really appreciated this video. As much as I often use different lip liners with different lipsticks, it never occurred to me to use colours that don't match well together and come up with quite different shades. Well done and thanks for this, it was very creative! One can easily buy cheap liners from Palladio or LA girl in different colours.

I do you always use different lip liners to change up my lip stick color. She just wanted to put it in a video to help people who don't know this trick. And most of the times lip liners are cheaper than lipsticks. Just use a drugstore lip liner and go over it with the one expensive lipstick
Hi Nikkia, you totally just opened my mind to a whole new way of looking at multi using what I got! As far as affordable lip liners you got me into the Essence liners which I love, so thank you for your suggestion from a previous video!! What other affordable, great quality liners would you recommend? P.S. LOVE all your videos! You got a subscriber for life in me.

as a side note…you can also create something similar to this by using a simple, clear basic lipgloss, and mixing in your fav eye shadow of choice! some eye shadows work better for this than others, obviously, but there's a make up line sold at most dollar stores here in the US called "LA Colors". They have 12-shade palettes at these dollar stores, with every imaginable color combo, and for some reason, these shadows legit work perfectly for something like this. the idea is, put on your clear lipgloss. rub your finger in a shadow color (as if you were going to swatch it), then just dab it all over your lip, using as much or as little as your desire for pigmentation. Conveniently, you can also find some fairly damn decent basic lipglosses at the dollar store as well, so you could, theoretically, get 12 lip shades for 2 dollars lmao. Another alternative to my above suggestion is to apply a chapstick or lipbalm first, to help protect your lips, then dap on your eye shadow color, then top with a clear gloss. I promise it works. 😛
