  2. I do too think that using natural oils in general can have a huge benefit on ourselves. I use a lot of coconut oil in my daily life mostly as a night cream , as a mask before washing my hair ( I leave it for an hour and it makes my hair soft and shiny) and lastly as a hand cream especially when at its worst! Also, I use almond oil to take away my eye make up residues after cleansing:)

I so agree with you in particular about getting outdoors, rain or shine, getting some physical activity in unless the streets are just too slick in the winter to walk.  There are days when I'll just put on some dark glasses when I may not look or feel my best.  The mood can be lifted even with just a 15-minute walk and/or just ambling in your own neighborhood.  These days, I need to spend more time caring for my mom with Alzheimer's and can't worry so much about my looks; just not much time.  But our walks are wonderful and do a lot for both of us.  I appreciate your videos and advice!
