From middle school – college, I suffered with acne and I’ve seen dermatologists who prescribed me oral and topical medication.   1. I always put on sunscreen even if it isn't sunny outside! Sunscreen I feel has helped my skin the most. Also eye cream has helped the area around my eye to not be so dry every night and morning.

  2. If you don't have a branded toner for your skin, you can either use apple cider vinegar or rose water.

  3. Toner!!! That's my best tip, personally I used to think it was kinda useless? But it really tones and brightens your face! I 100000000000% agree w/ what you said at the end about make up! You are so so right :)

  6. My best Tio is to drink a lot of water and applying any product on my face not to rub downwards.

  8. Never rub your conceler, instead, just pat it with a beauty blender or a makeup brush.

  9. a good skincare tip is not to touch ur face tok much and drink lots of water. especially before and after sleep

  10. this will help me a lot. omgah, i have those spots issues. My acne kinda stoped, like one or two pimples now, but i have spots on my cheeks that are really dark so this would be amazing!!!!

    I find that aloe-vera based creams work really nice, especially if used at night! your skin will feel amazing in the morning (at least mine does)

  12. Brianna, I have a sample of the Skinceuticals CE Ferrulic serum … I am going to try it before getting a bigger bottle. It is clear yet has a very odd odor. Is it normal for it to smell almost smokey, metallic-like with a touch of bacon? I don't sound crazy! Seems to dissipate rather quickly. Anyhow, always love your videos. Thank you!

  13. Brianna, thank you for your skin care videos. You can't imagine how we look to you for advise. I wish I had seen this years ago. I'm 51 now and until recently never realized how important it is to start taking care of your skin in your early years. I'm lucky, I have good genes but I'm now starting to notice a few fine lines, a little sun damage. I'm able to conceal some of it with makeup but I know I won't always be able to. Do you have a video on products for skin over 50 ?

  14. Also an awesome physical exfoliant is Aveda Tourmaline Charged Radiant Skin Refiner. It has the smallest particles ever, and it's actually claimed to deliver the same results as a microdermabrasion when used over time. I learned of this amazing product when I went to school for cosmetology (hair, skin, nails) at an Aveda Institute. What's also so great about it is it contains so many skin goodies in the ingredient list.

  18. Hi Brianna! I love your videos! You know so much about skincare and it's obvious you love what you do. I was wondering if you could give me some advice. I am looking for a good skincare routine. I had acne for a few years because of unknown food allergies. I've gotten rid of it (yay!) but I have scars and texture left over that I want to get rid of! I am getting married in less than 6 months and I want my skin to be smooth and clear for my wedding! I am 24 and have combo skin and want to start anti-aging. Any recommendations would be helpful! :)

  23. Hi Brianna, I use Retin-A twice a week and am working into 3 times a week. Honestly, this is about the time I give up. My skin looks worse now than when I started! But anyway, I know it looks worse before it will look better but anyway how do you remove eye makeup in particular waterproof mascara and liner. I use a Clarasonic and am very careful about washing thoroughly but can never completely remove my mascara. What do you suggest?
