If you struggle with eyeliner, here are two ways to get a winged liner with the hassle of making it perfect. I use Kat Von D felt tip liner in Trooper and City Color liquid eyeliner in 01 Black Envy. I use the Kat Von D for a faded eyeliner and the City Color for a spotted eyeliner.
