  1. If you have blocked nose regularly is probably cause by an allergie that you may have. It can also be the cause of your acne as well. Try to avoid milk and see if it's better : D Hope you see my comment.

  2. Hi Mia! 🙂 I dont have any allergies, but i get a cold really easely. I have to blow my nose every minute (I try not to), and i caugh a lot. I have tried a spray that unblocks the nose, but i didnt help- This is why this video was helpful. Do you suggest anything to prevent a cold? Or can it be genes?
    Thanks in advance :-)

  3. Instant sinus clearer – eat a dollop of Wasabi! Trust me, it works fast and is less troublesome.

  4. Omg this helped me so much! Thank you for making this video!💗🍃🍥

  5. I had sinuses since I was born and have struggled having conversations with other people as I had shortness of breath. I use to snore a lot at night that I often got in trouble for waking up my friends and family members (haha).
It was almost after 14 years of age, I couldn't fathom on the difficulty I was facing with my sinuses and decided to go to traditional medicinal hospital in my country.

After the visit, I had 2 weeks of treatment that included an hour of inhaling steam and putting fluids in nose after- to clear my blocked nose. This was not all. Later, I was given traditional medicine to help with my sinuses.

Then, I got advice on what food I can take and what I cannot which I strictly followed and in weeks, my sinuses improved and I felt much better. I wished I came to the doctor ages ago.

    Here the foods to avoid:
    1. Yogurt
    2. Cheese that are stored after due date or the ones fermented
    3.Pork
    4. Fish (any seafood family)
    5. Radish or Turnips
    6. No smoking
    7. Less alcohol

And also, I want to tell that if you stop consuming the above mentioned food, you will feel at ease with your nose and breath freely. I hope anyone with sinuses try this tips and see how it goes.

    Cheers

  6. I swear by essential oils. I used to get sinus infections 2 times a year. A friend of mine made me a mixture of peppermint, lavender, and lemon. I used that in a roll on and put it under my nose and breathed it in and also put it on trouble spots. Now my sinuses are almost always clear. I would also warn against sucking in your snot so it goes down your throat. It will not always drain and I developed polyps in my sinuses when I was an adolescent because my sinuses got so packed from me sucking it in.

  7. My ears are constantly getting blocked from wax & me using apple earphones can I unblock them I'm sick of listening to white noise in my ear

  8. Or if you know a cold is starting, take a spoonful of honey. But I guess that's too cheap for anyone's liking here

  9. I think I have either small sinuses or a deviated septum because normally i have a blocked nostril or it whistles when I breathe lol. but my sinuses are blocked up with mucus right now and it's hard to get rid of :/
