I deliberately searched for this tutorial. Really good. Thank you.
gonna go clean my sponges now. thanks for the tutorial!
what about head and shoulders shampoo?
@sarabruhh you sure can
I have an applicator, its kinda like a spone but not the same material. it came with my mineral powder compact. its a 2-sided applicator that came with my Neutrogena Skin Clearing Mineral Powder, can I use this technique?
Is it me or was there a dog fight happening near you?
@theblogforyou I would recommend the anti-bacterial dish soap because it wahses out the bacteria.
the olive oil was only needed for the brushes to condition the hairs of the brush so they won't fall out. iwht sponges, it's less hassle. :]
thank you
@Owca2512 If you're keeping it clean and bacteria free you can use it until it starts to fall apart.
I've got a question – how long can I use one make up sponge? (I get them wet before and after I use them)
@AndreaJuliet Well, baby shampoo can leave gross stuff on your brushes, you should use soap and then extra virgin olive oil to keep them from drying.
could u use olive oil and dish soap??? michelle phan did a vid on cleaning brushes with it
@glintzy Thank you for the response so quick! I love saving money and using something I already have. Have a great day!
@AndreaJuliet I've used lots of different left over shampoos that I didn't want to use on my hair anymore. I haven't had any problems.
Thanks for the video. Do you think any shampoo would work, like an aussie product. I have a shampoo I don't wanna use on my hair by Aussie that I thought it might be okay for brushes? or is super gentle baby shampoo better?
