Here is a step by step guide for you:
1. Do your eyebrows FIRST
2. Apply and set a base or primer
3.Apply your lighter colors first, then dark
4. Dampen your brush with primer
5. Use light sweeping and circular strokes to blend
6. Use a brow highlight that is not tooo glittery or too light
7. Set with primer
8. Add liner and mascara
