I don't know why more women don't do this, but make sure you also put mascara on the top of your upper lashes not just the bottom. It surrounds the entire lash with color instead of only on one side. : )

T_T I have the tools and kits but I don't know how to use them.
I'm 33 and completely clueless about makeup. Every time I've tried its been a disaster. I have sectoral heterochromia (dark blueish and a splash of brown) I've always wanted to show it off so everybody notices but fear I am doomed to have the coolest eyes that no one knows about. Any help for the clueless?
