Bonjour Jackie 💙🤍❤as a former regulatory affairs officer at a French cosmetics company, I am very familiar with international cosmetics regulations, and I can confirm that the FDA has banned talc in powder formulas. Most cosmetics manufacturers have therefore replaced it with “silica,” which is less opaque and smoother.
I love the final look, as always, and I know you prefer warm tones for your eyes, but this dark shade leans more towards cool tones, and I LOVE IT!!! 😍
My worst creases are in my marionette lines. I'm 58 and a pageant girl and my smile has always been so BIG! Now I have the smile lines from hell 😂 I still do senior pageants and I need HELP! Any suggestions?
