  3. Idk what cream they using. I bought a tube to try. I thought it would work so I could get this hook on the web of my hand fixed up again. (Constant fading, don't recommend) that shit didn't numb anything at all. The needle hit my hand an it was on an poppin again…… needless to say this is my last time for a long time getting that tat touched up. If it fades again it's gonna just have no point on this fishing hook LoL.
