5 Effective exercises for your slim face:
1. First of all, you need to warm up your facial muscles. Stand up or sit down, holding your back straight. Now try to sing different vowels for as long as you can. Singing “I,“ ”O,“ “E,” and ”A” usually works best. Keep doing this exercise until you feel your entire face is warm.
