Golden Turmeric Milk Recipe & Benefits Beauty Food Tips

Hi everyone,

I hope you will enjoy this yummy & healthy ayurvedic drink.

The original paste I speak about in the video and which it’s said that can be kept in the fridge for around 40 days is the following:

½ cup of natural water
¼ cup of turmeric powder
½ teaspoon of powdered black pepper

You mix all the ingredients on a medium -low flame and you keep mixing them for around 7-9 minutes until the mix reaches the consistency of a paste. Once it becomes cold you may transfer it in a glass jar.
