4. Like the blue eyes 2nd picture youre calling green (i think its miley cyrus–grey blue green eyes like mine ) the liner blue color tone hue shade is great but that baby bright blue on top is terrible same with the first picture baby bright neon green no –i think thats miley cyrus

Undermine hues tones and shades! 10000% it depends on the shade hue or tone of blue and shade or green that youre wearinf with each and its contrast or tone etc with the shade of blue or green your eyes are. and what your calling green eyes in this are that teal blue green grey eye color i have or turquoise. So i disagree with most of this , However **the point your showing that some blues look bad on me and some greens look terrible too is very true HOWEVER -blue and green shadows are also some of my best shades too when they are darker gem like or metallic more grey emerald teal some of my best colors lime or neon green looks repulsive though! and bright baby blue no but silvery grey blue are stunning!
