FACTS! I absolutely LOVE my face mists! I will never do makeup without mists again, and I use them all the time even without makeup. I have oily/ combo skin and mists have changed my (skinโs) life for the better! ๐
Hi Robert, can you recommend a few affordable face mists please?๐
The Smashbox water primer was my go-to for fixing/setting my base. Miss it ๐
Does anyone like the Haruharu Black Bamboo Wonder mist (green-ish bottle) for under makeup? I use for it skincare because it just smells so fresh. I'm hoping someone here has tried it for make-up. Cheers!
Omg I LOVE face mists! I have a mist for like, every issue. And then some! Especially in the AM b/c my oily skin & heavy creams are a death sentence for my complexion products. Dr Jart has a mist specifically for redness (w/ cica in green can) & its SO soothing. Osmosis Infuse & Boost have become my new faves. I also use mists to "thin out" viscous serums. Or yeah, just a spritz mid day to refresh yo'self…Definitely amazing & (for me) necessary products!
Wooow you look great!
I don't use toners only for cotton packs. But two phase mists or milky essence mists…. are so so underrated! Over 30 yo it's really a multifunctional tool for refreshing skin & makeup in colder seasons, and basically anyone in hurry. Feels good and looks beautiful on skin!
Agreed! I used to use just a moisturizer or spf before my primer and my foundation would just start separating. My skin is always oily and moisturizers only add to it. Now I use a face mist and oil control serum before spf and primer and the foundation stays on a lot longer, even on Indian summers.
What brands do you recommend for females over 50 with crazy dry skin and a few fine lines……..
Iโve been using a face mist for years because of this! So much better than setting spray.
This is amazing information!

๐ฏ the less skincare I use the better my makeup looks.
any affordable recommendations for oily skin ones?
But I have to wear sunscreen ๐ญ
anyone have a recommendation for mist for really oily skin? i'm on a shopping spree now and i want to try this before an upcoming event
I wasn't understanding at first, I thought "face mist on TOP of my skincare? Okay, I'm dubious, but I'm listening" but OH. You mean INSTEAD of skincare when using your foundation, that makes a lot more sense. I've always wondered how to use enough skincare for my skin to not be crocodile textured under makeup without using so much i just have layers of oil from lotion + product.
Your hair is 2 dang cute with it all curly and resting on your forehead โค
