1. All manual sharpeners are the same, the cosmetic ones usually just have two sizes for jumbo pencils and regular, and a catcher. The only one I wouldn't go for is the mechanical one. Those tend to go way too fast even with pencils, and it wastes a lit of the product even if it's just lead. I would stick to a manual just to save the product, cause I've never had lipliner go bad. 😂

2. Okay as an artist I feel obligated to give the info here. Makeup sharpeners are angled differently they shave small amount but in a shorter angle. Art supplies sharpeners do precise long shave so the tip will be more thin and long that’s the thing

9. Babe, the internet lied. You can most definitely use a regular pencil sharpener too. They are exactly the same you just need to use one specifically for lip liners/ eyeliner and don’t sharpen regular pencils with the same one. To be fair I got the same elf one like 8 years ago and it’s still going strong for $1 so it was a win lol

10. Sometimes they’re attached to the back of the pencil, but not always 🙁

12. When I was younger and I couldn’t find a pencil sharpener, I’d go into my moms room, take her eyeliner sharpener and used it on my pencils and colored pencils. worked just as good.
