Tips for beginners :
1.Find a place where you can sit comfortably & quietly
2. Light a candle with some light music using some aroma oil
3. Close your eyes & do nothing for some time
4. Then start some prayers r mantras
5. It’s best to meditate before food
6. Practice it every morning & every evening 15 to 30 minutes
7. After meditating lay down & relax for 5to 10min
