HOW TO PREVENT MASK ACNE “MASKNE” | skin-care guide (CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser, Kiehl’s etc.)

For today’s skin-care guide video, I’ll be sharing 5 simple tips on how to prevent mask acne or what we call “MASKNE”. CeraVe Hydrating Facial Cleanser and Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream are my holy grail products for my skin especially whenever I have to wear a mask for 8-12 hours.

Nowadays, it is essential to wear a mask, hence, this video is to show the importance of having a good basic skin care routine that mainly focuses on cleansing and hydrating the skin to avoid having skin irritation and acne flare-up.

These simple tips are what we often neglect, simple tips that can make a huge difference if done regularly. Here’s to achieving that healthy skin, mask on or mask off. 🙂
