You are applying it wrong that’s why you have trouble. Never use the tip of the eyeliner. If you want you can come over to my channel. I have a tutorial on how I do my wing liner
Simple tip, if you don’t want you’re eyeliners to look like they’re going down instead of up you shouldn’t be pulling your eyes while drawing it. You should just look straight in the mirror and draw it on.
