  1. She’s got a beautiful natural nail. I’ve been debating trying luminary as I do lots of overlays. How’s the durability?

  2. Hilary, do you shape the nails after applying your base? I usually shape afterwards because I don’t want the nails to lose their shape.

  3. I’ve been doing my own nails for ages and I never let them get very long because I’m kinda rough on them for work. I finally ordered luminary after seeing you use it. It’s a dream to use and a total game changer for me being able to grow them out without breaking. I love the option of the pot and bottle combo too.

Although I initially only got into nails for fun and to do my own, I’ve had so many people ask who do mine that I am considering doing nail school or an apprenticeship (if I can find one in my area) to be able to do them for others. In the meantime I’ve taken a couple beginner classes to pick up tips and tricks to refine my technique and answer any questions I might have. Your videos have also been a huge help and are alway a source of inspiration for me so thank you and keep up the awesome work!
