Hi Myrna, thank you. This was so simple and easy to follow. Also, thank you for introducing me to Kiko Milano. I went to the store in NYC. I ended up falling in love wuth their eyeshadow sticks. I'm a complete eyeshadow novice but those are easy to use. I highly recommended them.
I think there are degrees of eye hoodedness. Some people have very hooded eyes like the actress Eva Green. She has very hooded eyes which are compounded by a straight eyebrow shape, downturned eyes AND very little space between her eyes and eyebrows. Your eyes look more open simply because you have a beautiful eyebrow arch with lots of space between your eyelids and your eyebrows, AND you have upturned eyes. All of that gives the illusion that you don't have hooded eyes. I don't write this to sounds rude, but just to give a possible explanation as to why your eyes may not appear hooded. Here is a photo of Eva Green with almost no eye makeup.

Hi Myra, U do have hoodedneyes u just don't have mature hooded eyes lucky u.I just started get to.getting hooded eyes and I hate it cuz I used 2 do a bold winged liner .It really pisses me off shadow even changes
