I've travelled through China and can tell you that most Chinese women do not look glamorous or youthful. Those who do are in the millionaire class and can afford surgery and weekly facials.
The vast bulk of the population does manual labour and they do not look young for their ages.
I guess I haven’t seen any of these particularly youthful looking Chinese women. The Chinese women I know look their age or older. Perhaps those I know are just not into skin care….
The video info is good, but one thing mentioned within the video, which I am not sure falls under the title of that given is .. "if you go out in the sun, a sunscreen of 50 plus, is a must."
Sunscreen is largely poisonous and contributes to skin cancer, and especially if containing certain ingredients, such as Vitamin A, or others such as chemical toxins and titanium dioxide and zinc dioxide when it is the nano particle variety. It is better to just expose your skin, ( in healthy limits) whilst being fully hydrated and consume hydrating fruits, foods and greens, onions, garlic ginger chilli herbs etc and whilst maintaining healthy blood sugar levels.
