UPDATE: I wore it all day and I really think it’s waterproof. I didn’t go swimming or cry or anything, but usually non-waterproof mascaras make my under eyes black and this doesn’t! I will update in future videos if I have other thoughts, but for now, I highly recommend any of the two! 🙂
