Wot a quick google search you could easily find that all they provide in the spf is the time of your individual skin being able to be exposed to the sun before getting burned x spf. So you have to know how long you can be in the sun without protection to calculate how long you could be in it with sunscreen. Oh and btw most sunscreens only protect you from UV-B and not UV-A radiation.
