  1. Ive been vegan over a year now, but I have alot going on in my life and im often stressed and depressed. Im not sure why, but I feel like my skin is getting worse. I have pretty clear skin, but its dry and i feel like im getting more visible wrinkles.. which is wierd, since im just 15 years old. I get really anxious over it. I cant find any good vegan moisturizers either. does anyone have any ideas to why this is happening, or have any tips/recommended products?

  2. have you heard of the water only wash routine? I've recently started doing it and I think it will really detox my skin and restore the natural ph of it without cleansers messing with it :)

  3. I've found that figuring out my intolerances is so helpful. White rice and potatoes for some strange reason make me break out! I also try to drink lots of water, destress as much as possible and eat LOTS of whole foods–my fave skin food is sweet potatoes!!! 🍠😍

  4. Yessss drinking lots of water is so helpful! I can definitely tell when I haven't drunk enough water because my skin always brakes out!

  7. See I feel like my pimples are to do with being stressed out and moving to a humid place where I sweat like crazy and also I probably should cut our oils and most processed foods from my diet.

  8. I honestly don't even drink out of glasses anymore cause my water bootle is by my side 24/7, loved how simple these tips were Steph! :)

  9. I've always had really great skin, until I went vegan?! I assumed it was just a phase and that my body was going through a cleanse and getting out all the crap I was consuming, but it's been 8 months now and I've still got the worst skin I've had in years. Anybody else having this problem? I'd like to know that there's light at the end of the tunnel!!

I have quite bad scarring and redness left from spots as well as a few spots here and there and I have stopped eating diary and meat and stopped wearing makeup and it has improved a bit but not that much and I don't know what to do differently apart from drink more water than I already do. But I generally think most of my skin problems is due to hormones and puberty and just being a teenager in general xx
