The key to using Younique’s 3-D Fiber Lashes+ mascara is doing all 3 steps. 1: Transplant 2: Fibers 3: Transplant (to seal in your fibers). But to get my lashes AMAZING….instead of adding extra coats to my lashes, I simply KISS the tips in between coats. I kiss them in a swift up & down motion just on the tips.
