  11. Also, an important tip is to drink lots of water (like 3 to 4 liters per day) and either severely limit sugary drinks or completely banish them! I'll admit, they do taste pretty good if you're used to them, but once you stop, you'll literally gag if you try to drink Coca Cola again! Lol
    It's been years since I've had sugary drinks. I only get cold water, black coffee, or black teas :)
